It doesn't get any better than this. The Brazen Fantasy Caleb Quaye is Brazen's top of the line Fantasy model. Like some of the other Fantasy models, only 50 Caleb Quaye guitars are made each year. Designed in a close partnership with Caleb Quaye, former guitarist for Elton John, Hall and Oates, and many others (and the man Eric Clapton called the "greatest guitarist in the world"), the Caleb Quaye Fantasy oozes tone. The body consists of a 5/8" AAAA grade maple top over a select mahogany back. The Caleb Quaye model also sports a 1-piece Brazilian Patagonian rosewood neck and a matching Brazian Patagonian fingerboard. It also has a very unique pickup configuration with Seymour Duncan Cool Rails in the bridge and middle position and a Seymour Duncan Jazz pickup in the neck position. Caleb definitely nailed it with this imaginative pickup array because this instrument sings.
