You may not be familiar with Saint Blues but they were a popular boutique guitar manufacturer in Memphis back in the 70's & 80's. Players of their guitars have included Eric Clapton, Billy Squire and many other well known professionals. The company went dormant for a while and then resurged in the middle of the last decade with a line of import guitars. Within the past couple of years, they have reverted to their roots and now build hand-crafted U.S. made vintage style guitars in Memphis.

Quite simply, Saint Blues makes some of the best guitars on the market today. If you are a fan of vintage guitars, but prefer a newew instrument and want something a little different from the standard Fender and Gibson guitars, you must check these guitars out.

This Made-in-Memphis Workshop Series Bluesmaster guitar is a single-coil slayer. It is a 25.5 inch scale vintage style guitar in Tobacco Sunburst. The pickups are Jason Lollar sinle coils that can also be tapped using the tone knobs. Saint Blues is also one of the very few remaining companies that paint using a thin layer of nitro, just like they did in the old days. This allows the guitar to breathe and the tone to resonate much better than lacquer coated instruments. The neck is a little fatter than your standard Fender neck which also improves tone and sustain. The playability is outstanding and the action is great. The thin coat on the neck gives it almost a raw feel that is very fast.

It's a killer instrument and in new condition with less than an hour of playing on it. And, at LESS THAN HALF of the MSRP, it's a great deal.

Comes with a gorgeous fitted hard-shell case with tweed covering
